Access error: "Query is corrupt"

ISSUE

When attempting to run an Update query, it may not run and displays the error: "Query 'query name' is corrupt". 

This issue impacts all supported builds of Access.

The issue was introduced on November 12, 2019 via the following patch updates for MSI builds:

To try and see if your Office has been fixed:

Open a Word of any Office document and go to "File"
Find Office in the list of installed Apps

Go to Account

Check for updates

Then Office Updates

Update now

If that does not fix the issue, In the meantime Revert to an earlier version
