Ceilings and Partitions Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

People often ask, "Can I have a Safe Work Method Statement for Ceilings?" "A document that covers everything?"  The answer is not really.

A Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) needs to document step by step how you are going to do a particular job. Not all jobs are the same! For starters how are you going to access the work area for a ceiling? Are you going to access via a Mobile Scaffold or a scissor lift? Are you going to install a exposed grid ceiling or flush jointed plasterboard?

Templates for creating a site-specific SWMS
Templates for creating a site-specific SWMS for plasterboard linings are included in all versions of the JSEAsy safety software

The steps and hazards are different for the different jobs, so your SWMS should reflect this.

The JSEAsy safety software builds your site-specific SWMS for your wall and ceiling linings job by adding templates of the steps you are going to take, in the order in which you are going to take them.

The JSEAsy software comes preloaded with hundreds of templates (job steps) to build your site-specific SWMS with.

All versions contain Safe Operating Procedures (SOP)

The JSEAsy Premium version is your total WHS/ OHS management system.

Creating a site-specific SWMS is easy using the JSEAsy safety software. Once created you can print a report generated from the JSEAsy Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) software.
