Shock Absorbing Lanyard Inspection
This form itemises all of the required inspection points.
In accordance with AS/NZS 1891.1 & AS/NZS 1891.4 all Shock Absorbing Lanyards must be inspected every six months, and you must keep a record of the inspection.
